Measure height at the lowest point of the opening, not inside the boot: that is where crates catch.
Its back slopes: 73.5 cm deep at the floor but only 43 cm at the top. That makes it a good match for cars whose rear seats or tailgate lean into the load space.
Using the 4pets measuring rule (crate at least 7 cm longer and taller than the dog) and the outside dimensions (the inside is a little smaller), it suits a dog up to about 66.5 cm (26.18 in) from nose to base of tail and 47.4 cm (18.66 in) at the shoulder.
